It happens more and more these days that self-made creators find a larger voice on Soundcloud, and Toronto-native Harrison is no stranger to that sort of success. After amassing an impressive amount of plays on his slow and moody house and hip hop tracks it was really too bad that he had debilitating stage fright.
The future-funk DJ worked to overcome his nerves and as his internet fame began to grow and grow he began performing regularly. Eventually all those ‘fake internet points’ translated into a contract with Last Gang and larger showcases like Field Trip this last summer.
Harrison sat down with our own Master T to talk about his music, his collabs, his first full length LP Checkpoint Titanium and gaining confidence in life and his music.
